Who we are

What we collect and why

When you use a form we collect the details you enter (for example name, contact details, property postcode, area) plus the page's campaign tags (utm values) and which audience page you used. We use them to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) or steps prior to a contract. The referral form does not ask for the name or identifying details of the person being referred; please do not include them.

Who we share it with

Our processors are Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, form protection, database storage, email delivery and cookieless analytics). We do not sell personal data. If we add a CRM later we will list it here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to [RETENTION PERIOD] unless they become a contract.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Your browser may store a single preference (which audience page you chose) in local storage; it never leaves your device.
